There are only a couple of people in the world who's work I truly madly deeply admire. This select few are chosen because they seem to follow their instincts and do things that are completely different. Their work isn't derivative, it's instinctive, poetic, way out and completely and utterly beautiful.
To show my appreciation to two creatives I admire deeply, i sent them a letter and a gift thanking them for their inspiring work. The gift was in the letter, the paper I had made to write the letter on I also embedded with seeds. I used a combination of different seeds- nasturtiums, carrots, wild rocket etc and sent them off. I pray that customs is not on my case because I am pretty sure the sending of seeds is highly illegal. In any case I hope that I dodged customs and once my letter has been read that it is planted in a garden somewhere to grow.
